RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with something you purchased from our stores or from our website (Bishopsbicycles.net), you can either bring it to our main store located at 313 Main Street Milford, Ohio 45150 or ship it back for a refund or exchange.

Products that are not damaged or altered in any form and in its original packaging are eligible for a return within 30 days of purchase or delivery.  Returned merchandise must include all hang tags, original packaging, and receipt.  Merchandise that appears used is not refundable with the exception of a individual Manufacturers Satisfaction Guarantees.

Online Returns or Exchanges:

Email us to initiate an online return or exchange by mail.  Please include the order number, your name, contact information and the reason for the request.  Returns over $100 must have a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package or the item will be refused.

Please ship returns/exchanges via Ground UPS or insured USPS (we do not accept CODs).  We will refund shipping costs on damaged or incorrect merchandise, otherwise the additional cost of shipping returns/exchanges is at the expense of the purchaser.

Online Refunds:

After we receive and complete an inspection of the product/s, Bishop's Bicycles will complete the refund transaction within 1-2 business days and you will receive a confirmation email showing the refund amount. We will refund the purchase total minus our initial shipping cost even if free shipping option is used.  (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels).   Merchandise returned that appears used is not refundable.  Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on the financial institution.


  • Time: You have 30 days from purchase to request a refund.
  • Method of Refund: Refund will be applied to the original form of payment.
  • Product Condition: Product must be new or like new condition in order to return.
  • Refund Contact Info: Contact us in-store, over the phone or by email for a refund. You can find store hours, address, email and phone number on our store details page.
  • Charges: Customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the return.

Bicycles

Bicycles in new condition may be returned up to three (3) Days after purchase. Valid State Identification and the original receipt required to receive a refund.

Cash Refunds

Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment as cash. Cash refunds over $100 will be submitted for a refund by check (allow 14 Days for processing) which will be mailed via USPS or, instantly in the form of a Bishop's Bicycles Gift Card.

Credit Card refunds

All credit card purchases will be refunded back to original credit card that merchandise or services were purchased on.

Check Refunds

All check purchases will be refunded 14 day after the original check has cleared; Check refunds will be refunded in the form of a check mailed to the address printed on the original check (allow 14 Days for processing) or, instantly in the form of a Bishop's Bicycles Gift Card. Checks will be mailed via USPS.

Gift Card Refunds

All Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded to a Bishop's Bicycles gift card.

Returned Check Policy

A $35 processing fee may be charged for checks returned by the bank for non-sufficient funds (NSF checks). The person responsible for payment agrees to pay the processing fee in addition to the face amount of the check. When a check is returned, Bishop’s Bicycles reserves the right to require payment by cash or certified funds.
